ECO COOKING CLASS-WINE TOUR CROATIA
This program starts in the afternoon with transfer from Dubrovnik to a small village in Konavle region. It continues with the host explaining all about the ingredients and the food preparation process. All the dishes will be prepared in a traditional manner, i.e. without electricity and modern kitchen appliances but with the help of a fireplace and water coming from the local well. Ingredients will be picked up straight from the ground in a relaxing educational walk. The evening ends with a big dinner, which is the best opportunity to exchange new experiences and receiving cooking certificates.
